CuCl2协同FeCl3/尿素低共熔溶剂氧化吸收H2S的研究

摘要: 为了解决中小规模常规含硫天然气H2S脱除问题,以尿素(UREA)和FeCl3.6H2O为原料合成了一种FeCl3/UREA低共熔溶剂(DES),并向其中加入CuCl2得到FeCl3/UREA-CuCl2脱硫剂。分别对该DES的结构和热稳定性进行了测定,通过脱硫试验考察了原料配比、CuCl2浓度、H2S气体流速及温度对脱硫性能的影响,并对其再生过程进行了探究。结果表明:该DES在80℃下可稳定存在,FeCl3/UREA摩尔比1:1的DES具有更为优异的脱硫性能;CuCl2的引入可使其脱硫性能得到大幅提升,最高硫容达9.64g/L。该脱硫剂更适用于较低气体流速时脱硫使用,且可通入O2进行再生,脱硫剂经多次循环使用后性能变化不大。脱硫所得产物为高纯度斜方硫(α-硫)。该脱硫剂原料成本低廉,合成简单,可高效氧化吸收H2S并将其转化为高纯度硫磺,为工业天然气脱硫提供了参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of removing H2S from small to medium-scale conventional sulfur-containing natural gas, a kind of FeCl3/UREA deep eutectic solvent (DES) was synthesized from UREA and ferric chloride hexahydrate (FeCl3.6H2O) with addition of CuCl2 to obtain FeCl3/UREA-CuCl2 desulfurizer. The structure and thermal stability of the DES were determined, and the effects of raw material ratio, CuCl2 concentration, H2S gas flow rate and temperature on the desulfurization performance were investigated through desulfurization experiment, and the regeneration process was also investigated. The results showed that the DES could exist stably at 80℃, and the DES with molar ratio of FeCl3/UREA of 1:1 had better desulfurization performance.The introduction of CuCl2 could significantly improve the desulfurization performance, the maximum sulfur capacity was 9.64 g/L. The desulfurizer is more suitable for desulfurization at lower gas flow rate and can be regenerated by passing O2. The effect of the desulfurizer has little change after repeated use. The product of desulfurization is high purity rhombohedral sulfur (α-sulfur). The desulfurizer has the advantages of low cost of raw materials, simple synthesis, and high efficiency of oxidationand absorption of H2S and conversion of H2S into high purity sulfur,which can provide a reference for industrial natural gas desulfurization.
