芳烃抽提汽提塔压差波动的原因分析与优化

摘要: 抽提单元是芳烃联合生产装置的重要环节之一,利用环丁砜溶剂实现芳烃与非芳烃的分离。在日常生产中发现汽提塔经常出现压差波动异常,严重影响了抽提单元的工艺稳定性和芳烃装置的生产连续性。通过对汽提塔压差波动的典型现象进行研究,从温度、压力、进料组成等方面分析异常原因,提出提高操作压力与进料温度、降低进料中轻组分含量等相应优化措施与应急处置方法。经过一系列优化调整,未再出现汽提塔压差异常波动现象,产品质量也保持在较好水平,汽提塔的工艺稳定性和生产效率得到提升,为维护装置长周期、高负荷运行的安全性与经济性提出可行性建议。

Abstract: Aromatics extraction unit is one ofan important part in the aromatics complex, which uses sulfolane solvent to separate aromatics from non-aromatics. In daily production, it is found thatthe pressure difference of stripper oftenfluctuates abnormally, which seriously affects the process stability of extraction unit and the production continuity of aromatics complex. By studying the typical phenomenon of pressure difference fluctuation of stripper, the abnormal causes were analyzed from the aspects of temperature, pressure and feed composition, and the corresponding optimization measures and emergency disposal methods were put forward, such as increasing the operating pressure and feed temperature, reducing the content of light components in feed. After a series of optimizationand adjustment, the abnormal fluctuation phenomenon of the pressure difference of the stripper had not appeared again,the product quality had also been kept at a good level, and the process stability and production efficiency of the stripper have been improved. The reliable suggestions were put forwardfor the safety and economy of long term and high load operation of maintenance equipment.
