兼产优质润滑油料和清洁燃料的加氢裂化技术开发与应用

DEVELOPMENT AND COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF HYDROCRACKING TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCING HIGH-QUALITY LUBRICATING BASE OIL FEEDSTOCK AND CLEAN FUELS

摘要: 为满足市场需求,开发了兼产优质润滑油基础油原料和清洁燃料的加氢裂化技术。与该技术配套开发的加氢裂化催化剂RHC-131具有高开环裂化选择性和高中间馏分油选择性的特点,可兼顾生产富含链烷烃的用于生产润滑油基础油的优质尾油及清洁燃料。中试结果表明:该技术可实现以中间基蜡油为原料兼产优质尾油和清洁燃料的目的,尾油馏分BMCI低、链烷烃含量高、黏度指数高,可用于生产高黏度指数的润滑油基础油;喷气燃料和柴油的收率高、质量优。工业应用结果表明,该技术加工高氮、中间基减压蜡油(VGO),在尾油收率约为31%的情况下,柴油收率达50.06%,主要性质达到国Ⅵ标准,尾油黏度指数达143。

Abstract: In order to meet the market demand, SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Co., Ltd.has developed a hydrocracking technology for producing high-quality lubricating base oil feedstock and clean fuels simultaneously. The hydrocracking catalyst RHC-131 in conjunction with this technology mentioned above has the characteristics of high ring opening cracking selectivity and high middle distillate selectivity, and is suitable for producing tail oil rich in alkanes and clean fuels. The pilot test results show that this technology has achieved the goal of simultaneously producing low BMCI and high alkane content tail oil, which can be used to produce lubricating base oil with high viscosity index, and clean fuel with high yield and excellent quality from Middle East VGO. The commercial application results show that this technology can process the high nitrogen Middle East VGO, with a tail oil yield of about 31% and a diesel yield of 50.06%. The diesel properties could meet the China Ⅵ standard. The tail oil viscosity index can reach 143.
