新一代蜡油加氢处理催化剂RN-510的开发及工业应用

摘要: 基于反应物分子与活性相最优匹配的新型催化剂制备技术平台(ROCKET+),成功开发了新一代高性能蜡油加氢处理催化剂RN-510。与RN-32V催化剂相比,RN-510催化剂的相对脱硫活性提高36%~54%,工业装填堆密度降低39%,同时催化剂的活性稳定性更高,具有极高的性价比。RN-510催化剂适用于中高压条件下加工直馏蜡油原料及部分掺混焦化蜡油的原料,可为催化裂化装置提供优质原料。

Abstract: Based on a novel catalyst preparation technology platform defined as "Reactant-active phase Optimization & Cost-effective Key Technology,ROCKET+", a new generation of high-performance hydrotreating catalyst RN-510 for vacuum gas oilhas been successfully developed. Compared with RN-32V, the relative desulfurization activity of the RN-510 catalyst is increased by 36%—54%, and the industrial loading density is reduced by about 39%. At the same time, the catalyst has higher activity stability and extremely high cost-effectiveness. The RN-510 catalyst is suitable for processing straight run gas oil and partially blended with coker gas oil under medium and high pressure conditions, providing high-quality raw materials for fluidized catalytic cracking units.
