氟改性载体对不同渣油在加氢反应中分子结构变化的影响

INFLUENCE OF FLUORINE MODIFIED SUPPORT ON MOLECULAR STRUCTURE OF HYDROTREATED ATMOPHERIC RESIDUE

摘要: 采用高硫低氮类沙轻常压渣油(简称常渣)和低硫高氮类仪长管输常渣两种典型渣油为原料,考察F改性对催化剂物化性质以及加氢反应前后渣油分子结构变化规律的影响。结果表明:浸渍法添加F对载体孔结构影响较小,随浸渍F含量的增加,Al2O3载体上L酸酸量降低,B酸酸量增加;F改性引起金属与载体间作用力减弱以及活性相形貌改变,进而导致沙轻常渣加氢产物中高缺氢数(-32及以上)S1噻吩类硫化物的相对含量增加,催化剂的脱硫和降残炭活性有所降低;F改性对高硫低氮类沙轻常渣的脱氮率影响较小,而对低硫高氮类仪长管输常渣脱氮率的提高则有明显的促进作用。

Abstract: The effects of the fluorine modification on the physical and chemical properties of the catalysts and the molecular structure changes of the residues before and after the hydrotreating were investigated by using Arabian Light atmospheric residue (AR) with high sulfur and low nitrogen content and Changling Guanshu AR with low sulfur and high nitrogen content as raw materials. The results show that the addition amount of fluorine in the pore-volume impregnation method has slight effect on the pore structure of the support. With the increase of acid additive, the amount of Lewis acid on the alumina support decreasedwhile the amount of Bronsted acidon the catalyst increased. The acid additive weakened the interaction between the metal and the carrier and the change in the morphology of the active phase, which in turn leads to the relative content of high hydrogen deficiency (-32 and above) S1 thiophene sulfides in the oil after the hydrogenation of the Arabian Light AR increase, the desulfurization and carbon residue removal activity of the catalyst is reduced. Fluorine modification hasslight effect on the hydrodenitrogenation rate of high-sulfur and low-nitrogen Arabian Light AR, while it has a significant promotion effect on the increase of the hydrodenitrogenation rate of low-sulfur and high-nitrogen Changling Guanshu AR.
