炼油企业减油增化总流程方案研究

STUDY ON THE GENERAL PROCESS OF PETROLEUM REFINERY FOR CHEMICALS PRODUCTION

摘要: 乙烯是一种极其重要的化工原料,为了应对中国石油兰州石化分公司(简称兰州石化)0.24 Mt/a乙烯装置面临淘汰关停的问题,保证全厂石脑油加工平衡,以维持炼油厂原油加工量,对兰州石化炼油系统进行了减油增化一体化总流程方案研究,充分利用炼油厂现有原油资源、装置资源,结合地区及企业产品需求,选择不同的工艺技术路线和加工流程,对炼油厂进行了柴油加氢装置改造方案和新建蜡油加氢裂化方案的对比研究,探索合适的流程以提高炼油系统乙烯原料供应量,降低成品油产量,实现兰州石化炼油系统生产1.20 Mt/a乙烯配套原料。

Abstract: Ethylene is an extremely important chemical raw material, in order to cope with the problem of shutdown of 0.24 Mt/a steam cracking unit in PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, to ensure the balance of naphtha processing of the whole plant and maintain the crude oil processing capacity of the refinery, the company has carried out the overall process scheme research for the integration of reducing oil products and increasing chemicals, make full use of the existing crude oil resources and equipment resources of the refinery, combined with the product needs of regions and enterprises, and select different process technology routes and processes. A comparative study was carried out on the transformation scheme of diesel hydrogenation unit or the new vacuum gas oil hydrocracking scheme of the refinery, and the appropriate process was explored to improve the supply of ethylene raw materials in the refinery system, reduce the output of oil products, and realize the production of 1.20 Mt/a ethylene raw materials in the refinery system of the company.
