催化裂化再生器旋风分离器技术研究进展

摘要: 旋风分离器是催化裂化装置中的一种关键设备,直接影响装置的催化剂跑损率和长期平稳运行,同时也是反应-再生系统能耗的重要组成部分。综述了国内外催化裂化装置再生器内旋风分离器技术,基于国产PV型高效旋风分离器,介绍旋风分离器结构-流场-性能构效关系的研究进展,进一步,介绍了新研发的PLS型两级旋风分离器的结构特点。

Abstract: The cyclone separator is a key equipment in the catalytic cracking unit, which directly affects the catalyst loss rate and long-term stable operation of the unit, and is also an important component of the energy consumption of the reaction-regeneration system. This article principally introduces the technology of cyclone separators in catalytic cracking regenerators at home and abroad, as well as the research progress on the structure, flow field and performance relationship of cyclone separators based on domestic PV type high-efficiency cyclone separators, and the structural characteristics of the new PLS two-stage cyclone separator.
