膜分离技术在炼油厂富氢干气回收氢气中的应用

摘要: 介绍了某炼油厂新增的两套采用膜分离技术的干气回收氢气设施的技术原理、工艺流程及实际应用情况。根据标定结果,氢气回收率均在90%以上,每年可回收氢气29 008 t,创效9 883万元,同时提高了全厂管网燃料气热值,减少了波动,稳定了装置运行,提升了炼油厂竞争力。

Abstract: The technical principle, process flow and practical application of two new sets of dry gas hydrogen recovery facilities using membrane separation technology in a refinery were introduced. According to the calibration results, the recovery rate of hydrogen is above 90%, and 29 008 tons of hydrogen can be recovered every year, with a benefit of 98.83 million Yuan. At the same time, the heat value of fuel gas in the whole plant pipe network is improved, the fluctuation is reduced, the operation of the plant is stabilized, and the competitiveness of the refinery is enhanced.
