高辛烷值重油催化裂化催化剂LOG-90的工业试验

摘要: 介绍了LOG-90高辛烷值型重油催化裂化催化剂的性能特点及在1.2 Mt/a催化裂化装置上的工业试验情况。结果表明:与空白标定相比,在干气和焦炭产率相当的前提下,装置总液体收率提高了0.11百分点,汽油研究法辛烷值提高1.57个单位。采用LOG-90催化剂后汽油辛烷值增加的主要原因是汽油中芳烃含量和异构烃的比例有较大的提高。

Abstract: This paper introduced the characters and commercial application of LOG-90 high octane catalyst for residue catalytic cracking. The commercial application of LOG-90 results show that compared with the blank results, under the conditions of same coke and gas yield the total liquid yield can increase by 0.11% and the research octane number increase by 1.57 units. The analysis results of gas chromatography show that LOG-90 catalyst can significantly increase aromatic content and the ratio of iso/normal alkanes which is the main reason for the increase of ON of FCCG. The gasoline octane number loss is also reduced after hydrogenation.
