摘要: 摘要 用溶胶凝胶法制备六铝酸盐催化剂LaMnFe2Al9O19,通过BET、XPS、XRD等技术,对催化剂的结构和性质进行了研究,主要考察了在制备过程中不同的醇做溶剂对催化剂结构及其甲烷催化燃烧活性的影响。结果表明:不同醇做溶剂所制备的催化剂LaMnFe2Al9O19 在1200℃焙烧后都可以形成完整的六铝酸盐晶型,且具有较高高温稳定性。同时对于催化剂的的催化性能也有较大的影响,用异丙醇做溶剂所得催化剂的催化活性最高,并保持了较大的比表面积。

Abstract: Abstract: Hexxaaluminate LaMnFe2Al9O19 was prepared by the sol -gel method. During the process the ethanol, isopropanol and n-butanol were used as solvent respectively. The chemical and physical properties of catalysts affected by different solvent were investigated by means of XRD, BET and XPS techniques. The results showed that the catalyst LaMnFe2Al9O19 with good crystallinity was obtained after calcination under oxygen at 1200℃. The catalyst obtained from the isopropanol which was used as solvent exhibited higher catalytic activity in methane combustion.
