多聚磷酸与SBR复配改性国产90号沥青的研究

摘要: 研究了多聚磷酸复配SBR改性沥青的复配条件及工艺。考察了交联剂,增塑剂,制备工艺对沥青高低温性能,粘韧性,韧性的影响。结果表明,增塑剂能够提高沥青的抗老化性,但对粘韧性和韧性产生负影响。交联剂能够提高沥青的粘韧性,韧性,但会降低沥青的低温延度,在丁苯橡胶用量较大时,适当的制作工艺能显著改善沥青老化后的低温延度。

Abstract: The optimized blend condition of PPA and SBR in asphalt and the technics of making such a asphalt was studied . The effects of plasticizer and crosslinking agent ,the technics of making asphalt were investigatated respectively .Results showed the addition of plasticizer in asphalt can improve the aging resistance but caused negative effects on toughness and tenacity, the use of crosslinking agent can improve the toughenss and tenacity of asphalt however reduce its low-temperature ductility ,Wth the increase of SBR`s dose in asphalt , low-temperature ductility of asphalt can be improved greatly by adopting suitable technics.
