摘要:
结合加氢裂化扩能生产喷气燃料对原料来源的需求,以减压蒸馏生产优质加氢裂化原料为出发点,对减压蒸馏技术增产优质减压蜡油进行技术研究。研究表明,在相同的操作条件下,减二线、减三线、减四线蜡油总收率约提高0.5%(对进料),在一定程度上达到了减压深拔的要求;减二线蜡油收率提高3.78%,且质量得到大幅改善,满足加氢裂化原料指标要求,达到了增产加氢裂化原料的目的。

Abstract:
Combined hydrocracking expansion of production capacity for aviation kerosene demand to the sources of the raw materials, vacuum distillation technology is researched for increasing yield of the quality VGO from vacuum distillation production quality hydrocracking of raw materials as a starting point. And the comparison is made between simulation study and actual production of vacuum distillation. The results showed that technological research on production of hydrocracking raw materials by crude oil vacuum distillation can increase high-quality light gas oil yield. It has certain reference value for the enterprises to increase the production of aviation kerosene and the economic benefit.
