固定床渣油加氢第一反应器切出工艺运行分析

摘要: 中国石化安庆分公司2.0 Mt/a渣油加氢装置采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院(石科院)开发的RHT技术,具有第一反应器(R-101)可切出的工艺特点。第一周期和第二周期均采用石科院开发的第三代RHT系列渣油加氢催化剂以及相适应的催化剂级配技术。两个周期的工业应用结果表明:R-101切出工艺技术可行,催化剂级配技术合理。R-101切出后,对产品质量没有影响,产品质量完全满足下游催化裂化原料的要求;同时能够延长装置运行周期2~3个月,最大限度地发挥催化剂的活性。

Abstract: The RHT technology licensed by RIPP was applied in 2.0 Mt/a residue hydrotreating unit at Anqing Company, Sinopec. The process is characterized by the cutting-out of the first reactor R-101. The 3rd generation RHT serious catalysts and the optimized catalyst grading technology developed by RIPP were adopted in first and second cycles (RUN-1 and RUN-2). Commercial applications in both runs showed that R-101 cutting out technology is feasible and the catalyst grading technology is reasonable. After R-101 is cut-out, the product quality is almost not affected and meets the requirements for RFCC feedstock; the cycle length can be prolonged for two or three months and the activity of catalyst system can be fully utilized.
