加氢补充精制贵金属催化剂RLF-10L的活性恢复研究

摘要: 通过对润滑油加氢异构装置加氢补充精制催化剂RLF-10L的卸出剂进行实验室分析、再生和评价工作,分析催化剂失活原因,提出了RLF-10L催化剂活性恢复方案,并在中国石化催化剂长岭分公司完成了RLF-10L催化剂的活性恢复工作。分析评价结果表明,处理后的催化剂达到了活性恢复指标要求,催化剂的甲苯加氢活性达到了实验室处理剂水平,催化剂加氢活性可以恢复。为润滑油加氢异构装置的再次开工和工业生产提供了保障。

Abstract: Through the analysis, regeneration and evaluation of the deactivated lube hydrofinishing catalyst RLF-10L of a lube hydroisomerization dewaxing unit, the primary deactivation causes were fixed, and the regeneration scheme of RLF-10L was proposed. Based on the scheme, the regeneration of RLF-10L was completed in commercial scale in SINOPEC Catalyst Company Changling Division . The analysis and evaluation results showed that the regenerated RLF-10L met the requirements of regeneration specification, and the hydrogenation activity after regeneration reached the same level of the catalyst regenerated in laboratory, indicating that the activity of the noble catalyst RLF-10L can be recovered well. This work is very important to the re-start up of the lube hydroisomerization dewaxing unit.
