[N,O]锆配合物的合成及其催化乙烯齐聚的性能

摘要: 合成了[N,O]锆非茂配合物二(水杨醛缩苯胺)二氯化锆,对其进行了光谱分析表征,并在不同反应温度、Al/Zr摩尔比、给电子体等条件下,考察了该配合物与Et2AlCl 所组成的催化体系对乙烯齐聚活性和选择性的影响。结果表明,在优选反应条件下, 该催化剂催化活性为11 636 g/(gZr?h),α-烯烃选择性为97.8 %。

Abstract: The Zirconium dichloride (zirconium salicylaldehyde aniline), a [N,O] zirconium nonallocene complex, was synthesized. The structure of the complex was investigated by means of spectrum analysis. The catalytic activities and selectivities of the zirconium complex with Et2AlCl as co-catalyst in ethylene oligomerization were studied under different reaction temperatures, Al/Zr ratio, and various electron donors. Under optimal reaction conditions, the activity was 11 636 g / (gZr?h ),and selectivity of the α- olefin was 97.8%.
