环烷基减三线馏分油综合利用研究

摘要: 以环烷基减三线馏分油为原料,通过高压加氢-异构脱蜡-补充精制-精密分馏工艺分别制备高附加值产品。试验结果表明:通过控制三段高压加氢深度及精密分馏切割温度,可以分别得到高附加值的橡胶增塑剂、变压器油和轻质白油基础油产品,并可根据市场需求调节产品分布,使企业经济利益最大化。

Abstract: The high value added products were prepared by high pressure hydrogenation-isomerization dewaxing- hydrofinishing and then precision fractionation process using naphthenic heavy vacuum gas oil as feedstock. The test results showed that by controlling the hydroprocess depth and the cutting temperature of precision fractionation, the high value added rubber plasticizer, transformer oil and light white oil could be obtained. The product distribution can be adjusted according to market demand, leading to maximized benefits of enterprises.
