长链烷基苯磺酸盐合成工艺研究

摘要: 利用某烯烃和某芳烃为原料,通过烷基化、磺化和中和反应制备长链烷基苯磺酸盐,考察催化剂用量、助催化剂加入速率、芳烃/烯烃摩尔比对烷基化收率的影响,以及水分对催化剂的影响,考察油/酸质量比、加酸速率对样品界面性能的影响,确定了实验室制备长链烷基苯磺酸盐的最佳工艺路线。该工艺条件下制备得到的长链烷基苯磺酸盐界面性能优于石油磺酸盐和重烷基苯磺酸盐。

Abstract: Olefin and aromatic were used as raw material to prepare long chain alkylbenzene sulfonate by alkylation, sulfonation, and neutralization reactions. The effect of amount of the catalyst, adding velocity of promoter and the mole ratio of olefin to aromatic on the yield of alkylation reaction were investigated.The effects of the mass ratio of oil to acid and adding speed of acid on the interface performance were investigated. The optimum conditions for synthesis of long chain alkylbenzene sulfonate were determined. The interface performance of the long chain alkylbenzene sulfonate synthesized is superior to the petroleum sulfonate and heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate.
