C8芳烃异构化催化剂RIC-270的应用特点

摘要: 新型RIC-270催化剂是由中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的新一代二甲苯异构化催化剂,其活性、选择性和稳定性均较上一代催化剂有所提高。RIC-270催化剂于2020年1月在中国石化金陵分公司芳烃联合装置上进行工业应用,采用密相装填技术,催化剂上部采用新型RKJ-1软质导流帽罩替代折流挡板。工业应用结果表明:RIC-270催化剂初期应用的异构化活性(对二甲苯/二甲苯质量比)达到23.2%,乙苯转化率为30%,C8芳烃损失为2.4%。RIC-270初期反应温度和压力较低,具备长周期平稳运行潜力。

Abstract: A new generation catalyst RIC-270 with higher activity, selectivity and stability for xylene isomerization was developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and applied in the aromatics complex unit of SINOPEC Jinling Company in January 2020. Dense phase loading technology was adopted. And a new soft flow-guiding sealing cloth RKJ-1 at the upper part of the catalyst bed was used to replace the baffle plate. Industrial data showed that the isomerization activity(the mass ratio of PX/X)of the catalyst was 23.2%, ethylbenzene conversion rate was 30%, and C8 aromatics loss was only 2.4%. The initial reaction temperature and pressure of RIC-270 were relatively low,which indicated that RIC-270 had the potential of long-term stable operation.
