煤基SN级5W-30汽油机油的研究

STUDY ON SN 5W-30 GASOLINE ENGINE OIL FROM COAL-BASED BASE OIL

摘要: 与传统矿物型基础油和PAO6相比,煤基基础油不含硫和芳烃,具有更优异的低温性能,可以作为润滑油的理想原料。选取煤基基础油A和B质量比为65∶35的混合油作为复合基础油,通过考察添加剂的添加量对复合基础油倾点和运动黏度的影响,得到降凝剂、复合剂、增黏剂的合适加入量(w)分别为0.5%,9%,9%。将在此条件下制备的煤基SN级5W-30汽油机油与市售同类型品牌汽油机油理化性能对比,结果表明其主要理化性能均满足SN级5W-30汽油机油标准要求,具有良好的低温启动性能和抗机械磨损性能。

Abstract: Compared with traditional mineral-based base oil and PAO6, coal-based base oil does not contain sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbons but has excellent low-temperature performance, and can be used as an ideal raw material for lubricating oil. Mixed coal-based base oil A and B with a ratio of 65:35 was used as composite base oil. Based on the study of the effect of the amount of additives on the pour point and kinematic viscosity of the composite base oil, the best composition was determined as follows: pour point depressant of 0.5%, composite agent of 9%, and thickener of 9%, respectively. The results showed that the main physical and chemical properties of the coal-based SN 5W-30 gasoline engine oil met the requirements of SN 5W-30 gasoline engine oil standard, and had good low temperature starting performance and mechanical wear resistance.
