壬基化二苯胺抗氧剂合成及性能研究

摘要: 以壬烯与二苯胺为原料,在催化剂作用下合成了壬基化二苯胺抗氧剂。采用差热(DSC)和热重(TGA)等热稳定性分析方法,旋转氧弹法(RBOT)、薄层氧化试验(TFOUT)、加压差热扫描试验(PDSC)、高温沉积物评定试验(TEOST)等抗氧化性能测定方法进行产品性能评定,结果表明合成的壬基化二苯胺具有良好的热稳定性及抗氧化效果,能满足高档内燃机油的使用要求。

Abstract: Antioxidant nonyldiphenylamine was synthesized from nonene and diphenylamine in the presence of catalyst. The thermal stability was analyzed by differential thermal analysis (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and the oxidation resistance was evaluated by rotary oxygen bomb test (RBOT), pressure differential scanning calorimetry (PDSC), thin-film oxygen uptake test (TFOUT), thermo-oxidation engine oil simulation test (TEOST) and other methods. The results show that the synthesized nonyldiphenylamine has good thermal stability and antioxidant performance, and can meet the requirements of high-grade internal combustion engine oil.
