摘要: 介绍了采用一种催化裂化废平衡催化剂活性改善技术生产的HCRL复活催化剂在北京燕山石化二套催化裂化装置的使用情况。工业应用结果表明,在催化剂消耗成本不变的情况下,通过采用置换的方法,用大量HCRL复活催化剂置换催化裂化装置内的平衡剂,系统微反活性提高近2个单位,平衡剂重金属含量维持在一个较低水平。产品组成分布得到改善,装置总液收提高了1.72百分点。

Abstract: The application of HCRL catalyst, a reactivated spent FCC equilibrium catalyst (E-cat), at the No.2 FCC unit of SINOPEC Yansan Petrochemical Company was introduced. Results of performance tests showed that under the same catalyst cost, as compared with the base case the micro-activity of E-cat containing 40% HCRL catalyst was about 2 units higher, the heavy metals content on E-cat was kept at a relative low level, the product slates were improved and the total liquid yield was 1.72 percentage points higher.
