摘要: 介绍了LO-CAT工艺用于炼油厂燃料气、胺精制酸性气、含硫污水汽提气和克劳斯装置尾气等气体的脱硫处理。工业应用结果表明,该工艺脱除H2S的效率可以达到99.9%以上,并且具有很高的操作灵活性,原料中的H2S含量可以在0~100% 范围内变化,装置操作条件为常温常压,设备运行安全可靠,回收的硫磺有很好的利用价值,生产过程无三废排放。该技术对当前我国炼油厂,尤其是中小型炼油厂的脱硫系统和硫磺回收装置的环保达标改造,落实炼油厂的节能和减排两大目标有较好的应用前景。

Abstract: The applications of LO-CAT process in the H2S removal of gases, such as fuel gas, acid gas of amine unit, stripped gas of wastewater treatment plant and tail gas of Claus unit, were introduced. The industrial application results showed that the H2S removal rate of LO-CAT process was more than 99.9%, the operation was under ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure with high flexibility, e.g. the H2S content in feed could be varied in the range of 0~100%, the equipment performance was reliable and without pollution generated during the process. This technology may have a promising application prospect in domestic refineries, esp. for medium and small size refineries.
