预防焦化接触冷却塔顶空冷冻凝问题的措施

摘要: 针对克拉玛依石化公司延迟焦化装置接触冷却塔顶空气冷却器冻凝问题,采取工艺优化调整、风机调整转向、空气冷却器增加变频和改变进料方式等方法,使空冷的冻凝问题得到彻底解决,保证了装置的安全、平稳生产,同时也节约了蒸汽和电力资源,在一个生产周期中可以减少蒸汽用量12t,节电277.2 kWh。

Abstract: Congealment sometimes happened at the air cooler of the contact cooling tower in delayed coking unit of Karamay Petrochemical Company. In order to solve this problem, measures such as optimizing process conditions, adjusting the turning of air-cooler, adding frequency adjuster to the air-cooler and changing the feeding mode, were adopted. Since then the unit was running stably and the consumption of steam and electricity was reduced.
