制备方法对Zr /Si-Al复合氧化物载体的影响

摘要: 采用共沉淀法和共挤法制备了Zr /Si-Al复合氧化物载体。通过XRD,BET,XPS,NH3-TPD等方法对该复合氧化物进行表征。结果表明,制备方法对载体的结构和物性有很大影响,采用共沉淀法加入助剂氧化锆有利于二氧化硅在复合氧化物载体表面的分散,降低金属组分和载体的结合力,从而提高催化剂的加氢活性。

Abstract: ZrO2/SiO2-Al2O3 complex support was prepared by co-precipitation and extrusion respectively, and it was characterized by means of BET, XRD, XPS and NH3-TPD techniques. Test results showed that preparation method had significant influence on the structure and property of the complex support. When ZrO2 was added into the complex support by co-precipitation method, it was propitious to the dispersion of SiO2 on the surface of the complex support and in favor of reducing the binding force between metals and support, thus the prepared catalyst exhibited enhanced hydrogenation activity.
