摘要: 以大庆林源炼油厂生产的6号抽提溶剂油为原料,应用离子液体催化剂在连续的实验装置上进行催化烷基化反应脱除溶剂油中芳烃、烯烃及硫化物的研究。研究结果表明,使用CuCl改性的复合离子液体为催化剂,6号抽提溶剂油催化烷基化改质效果较好,处理后的6号溶剂油中芳烃质量分数为0.36%,烯烃完全被脱除,硫质量分数为0.0061%,溴指数为0 ,满足GB16629-1996芳烃质量分数不大于1%、溴指数不大于1000、硫质量分数不大于0.012%的指标要求。

Abstract: Study on the removal of aromatics, olefins, and sulfur compounds by catalytic alkylation was carried out on a continuous apparatus using ionic liquids as catalyst and 6# extraction solvent oil from Daqing Linyuan Refinery as feedstock. The test results showed that when using CuCl modified complex ionic liquids as catalyst, the aromatics, olefins and sulfur compounds in the solvent oil could be well removed simultaneously, the quality of the treated 6# solvent oil met the requirements of National Standard GB 16629-1996.
