SSZ-13分子筛的合成及其表征

PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SSZ-13 MOLECULAR SIEVE

摘要: 以硅溶胶、硫酸铝、氢氧化钠、去离子水作为原料,以N,N,N-三甲基金钢烷氢氧化铵为模板剂(R),采用传统的水热法合成分子筛SSZ-13。考察了SSZ-13的合成影响因素及优化反应条件,并用XRD、电镜以及红外光谱仪等对其表征。结果表明,不加促进剂时的最佳合成条件为:n(SiO2)/n(A12O3)=40,n(Na2O) /n(A12O3)=16,n(R2O)/n(A12O3)=5,n(H2O)/n(A12O3) =900,155℃,晶化时间3天。在此优化条件下合成出分子筛SSZ-13,缩短了反应时间;当加入促进剂时,反应时间可以进一步缩短为2天,从总体上降低了SSZ-13的合成成本。

Abstract: Using silica sol, aluminum sulfate, sodium hydroxide, deionized water as raw materials and N,N,N-trimethyl-l-adamantammonium hydroxide (R) as template, SSZ-13 molecular sieve was synthesized by traditional hydrothermal method. Factors affected the synthesis of SSZ-13 molecular sieve were investigated and the optimal synthesis conditions were obtained as follows: n(SiO2)/n(A12O3)=40,n(Na2O) /n(A12O3)=16,n(R2O)/n(A12O3)=5,n(H2O)/n(A12O3)=900,crystallizing at 155℃ for 3 days. The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR techniques. Results showed that sample obtained under the optimal conditions exhibited good crystallization and the time of crystallization was much shorter than reported. When promoter was added during synthesis the crystallization time could be further reduced to 2 days, indicating that the cost of synthesis was lowered.
