The laboratory and pilot study on extract from the unit of furfural refining lubricating oil added assistant refining coker diesel oil were done. The laboratory study was made in this paper, and the influences of different operating conditions such as refining temperature , the adding quantity of assistant and the ratio of solvent to oil on the refining results are examined by the method of single factor. The suitable operating conditions were detemined, under which the stability of coker diesel can meet the quality standard of first-rate products, i.e. refining temperature is 70℃, the adding quantity of assistant is 5g/kg oil, s/o(v) is 1.0, refining time is 30mins, and the settling time is 30mins. The refining method is simple, feasible in technology and profitable in economic. So it has great prospect for industrialization. Key words: Coker diesel; Refining; Extract, Assistant; Stability

Magnetically Stabilized Bed (MSB) reactor was first used in the hydrofining of Caprolactam with toluene method. With intensifying the magnetic field, the capacity of the unit could be increased from 35kt/t to 65kt/a and the existing slurry hydrogenation process could be replaced by it . Compared with the existing technology, the slurry reactor in combination with the liquid-solid MSB could operate more convenient, ensure steady hydrogenation, improve product quality, reduce equipment's accident frequency and decrease unexpected stand-down. The consumption of catalyst was reduced by 33% and the process would bring significant economic effect.

Effects of magnesium on the performance of Pt-Re/γ-Al2O3 reforming catalysts have been investigated in this paper. The test results showed that different way of incorporation of magnesium has different influence on the performance of Pt-Re/γ-Al2O3 reforming catalysts. With the content of magnesium increasing by the way of impregnation of Mg(NO3)2.6H2O,catalyst's chlorine-retention ability reduces and its content of sulfur increases. The selectivity of catalyst is obvious improved, but its activity is decreased. The chlorine-retention ability of catalysts by the way of impregnation of MgCl2.6H2O increases, and the content of sulfur keeps the normal extent. Controling appropriate content of magnesium, carbon deposit velocity of the catalyst decreases and its activity stability increases. No obvious changes were observed of specific surface , pore volume, pore-size distribution and Pt grain size of the catalysts.

The zeolite modified with Nb could improve its catalytic activity for side-chain alkylation of aromatic hydrocarbon. The modified catalysts had a good regeneration property. The best preparation method was mechanical mixing. The results showed that the optimum content of Nb2O5 was 10% 、Nb(OH)5 was 5%for zeolite, and initial activity and life-span were improved greatly by treated with 1mol H3PO4. Olefin conversion and life-span of catalyst respectively reached to 63% and 12 hours when Nb(OH)5 treated with1mol H3PO4 weight amount equaled 5%.

Abstract:A new packing FCC stripper was developed according to the characteristic of FCC stripping process. Cold experiment about the stripper had been carried out. Oxygen tracing method was used to measure stripping efficiency. Moreover, performance comparisons were given between said stripper and other two traditional strippers, disc and donut stripper and empty-cylinder stripper, in the same operational parameters. The experimental results give a high evaluation to this novel stripper, with a higher stripping efficiency and toleration of higher catalyst flux. At same operational conditions, there are about 25 percent more stripping efficiency, 10 percent more effective stripper volume and 30 percent more catalyst flux. Even at a catalyst flux 50 percent more than traditional industrial condition, a considerable high stripping efficiency can still be in hand.
