典型炼油企业污水处理工艺优化改造

摘要: 介绍了辽河石化公司污水场的改造和运行情况,改造主要包括三个内容:增设稠油污水预处理设施,增设格栅井和有自动撇油设施的缓冲罐,以对上游生产装置所排污水水质、水量严格控制;强化一级处理,选择高效浮选溶气方式;二级生化处理优化改造,采用高效的生物絮片取出设施,确保二级污水排放达标。改造后污水排放达到GB8978-1996排放要求,节省建设投资4000万元,节约污水超标排放费约216万元/a。

Abstract: The revamping and operation of the wastewater treating plant of Liaohe Petrochemical Company was briefly introduced. The revamping project mainly included setting up heavy oil waste pre-treating facilities, bar screen well and buffer tank to control the quality and quantity of upstream discharge; selecting high-efficiency dissolved-air flotation way to reinforce primary treatment; optimizing the biological treatment to ensure the discharge of secondary wastewater meeting requirements. After revamping the quality of the discharge wastewater reached the National Standard GB 8978-1996 and a construction investment of 40 MRMB was saved.
