二级超声波-电脱盐技术的应用

摘要: 介绍了二级超声波-电脱盐组合技术在中国石化胜利油田石化总厂的应用情况。一级超声波破乳设备投用后的标定结果表明,平均脱后含盐由4.64 mg/L降至3 mg/L以下,二级超声波破乳设备投用1年后进行标定,破乳剂由高效油溶性破乳剂改为WS-9301型水溶性破乳剂,月平均脱后含盐降至2.36 mg/L,月平均脱后含水降至0.025%。

Abstract: The application of two-stage ultrasonic-electrical desalting technology in SINOPEC Shengli Petrochemical Plant was introduced. The performance test results after adopting first-stage ultrasonic emulsion breaking equipment showed that the average salt content of treated crude oil dropped from 4.64 mg/L to less than 3 mg/L. The performance test results after running one year of the second-stage ultrasonic emulsion breaking equipment showed that since using WS-9301 water-soluble demulsifier instead of high-performance oil-soluble demulsifier, the monthly average salt content and water content of treated crude oil dropped to 2.36 mg/L and 0.025%, respectively.
