催化裂化汽油加氢脱硫装置反应器压降升高原因分析和应对措施

CAUSE ANALYSIS OF HIGH REACTOR PRESSURE DROP IN FCC NAPHTHA HYDRODESULFURIZATION UNIT AND COUNTERMEASURES

摘要: 针对部分炼油厂OCT-M催化裂化(FCC)汽油加氢脱硫装置反应器压降经常异常快速升高的问题,分析了某炼油厂OCT-M装置反应器上部焦样的元素组成和装置原料性质。结果表明:反应器压降升高的主要原因是无定型焦粉累积;OCT-M装置加工外购FCC汽油和FCC装置掺炼重芳烃是加速反应器上部结焦的原因。经过长期储存后的外购FCC汽油先进FCC装置分馏塔分离脱除杂质是解决OCT-M装置压降升高问题的方法;FCC装置掺炼重芳烃组分会导致FCC汽油终馏点、胶质含量大幅提高,应避免掺炼。

Abstract: In some OCT-M FCC naphtha hydrodesulfurization units, rapid rise of reactor pressure drop happened frequently, cause analysis was conducted, such as analyzing the compositions of coke sample from the reactor top part and feedstock as well. It is concluded that the accumulation of amorphous coke deposits on the top part of reactor is the main cause of building up high pressure drop, especially when OCT-M unit processing purchased FCC naphtha and/or FCC unit processing high aromatics blending feedstock. To solve the problem, when processing long-stored purchased naphtha, the naphtha should be pretreated by fractionation column of FCC unit to remove impurities, such as gum. Heavy aromatics feed is not suitable to be blended into FCC feedstock, it will increase the gum content and end point of FCC naphtha significantly, blending should be avoided.
