高效催化裂化(ECC)工艺技术研究

STUDY ON EFFICIENT CATALYTIC CRACKING PROCESS

摘要: 高效催化裂化(ECC)工艺以降低干气和焦炭产率、提高总液收为主要目标,其核心是为实现“低温接触、大剂油比”而采用的高效催化技术,同时在工艺和工程上还采用了催化剂与主风换热技术、拟等温提升管反应器技术、新鲜催化剂汽提段加料技术等配套措施。中型试验结果表明:与常规FCC工艺相比,ECC工艺干气产率可降低0.68~1.04个百分点,降低幅度在20%以上,焦炭产率略有下降,总液收提高1个百分点以上;并且,汽油性质得到明显改善,汽油烯烃体积分数可降低15%以上;同时烟气中SOx含量可降低25%以上。

Abstract: ECC (Efficient Catalytic Cracking) process, which is based on the new technological concept of low temperature contact and high cat/oil ratio, mainly aims at reducing the yields of dry gas and coke, and increasing total liquid yield. A series of novel technologies was adopted in ECC process, such as heat exchange between catalyst and main air, pseudo-isothermal riser and system for adding fresh catalyst at tripping zone. The results of pilot plant tests showed that as compared with conventional FCC process, dry gas yield in ECC process was reduced by 0.68—1.04 percentage points, i.e. a more than 20% reduction; coke yield was reduced slightly; the total liquid yield was increased by over 1.0 percentage points. Meanwhile, the quality of the obtained gasoline in ECC process was improved, olefin content was reduced by more than 15%, and the SOx content in flue gas was also reduced by over 25%.
