加氢型喷气燃料H2S腐蚀性研究

摘要: 研究了4种不同来源的加氢型喷气燃料中H2S所引起的银片腐蚀和铜片腐蚀问题。结果表明,在隔绝空气的情况下,4种加氢型喷气燃料的H2S腐蚀试验无显著差异,引起银片腐蚀(1级)的H2S质量分数在0.10~0.50 μg/g之间,引起铜片腐蚀(1b)的H2S质量分数在0.50~1.00 μg/g之间;储存或光照处理能够显著影响喷气燃料的腐蚀性,使喷气燃料银片腐蚀和铜片腐蚀的级别普遍降低,尤其使喷气燃料铜片腐蚀的降低程度更大。

Abstract: Silver strip corrosion and copper strip corrosion of hydrogenated jet fuel caused by H2S were studied using four hydroprocessing jet fuel samples (from various crude oils, processing technologies and producers). Test results showed that there was no significant difference in the corrosion tests of these four samples without the presence of air, H2S content of hydrogenated jet fuel in the range of 0.10—0.50 μg/g and 0.50—1.00 μg/g could cause silver strip corrosion (Class 1) and copper strip corrosion (Class 1b), respectively. Storing or sunlight could greatly reduce the H2S corrosion of jet fuel, the class of silver strip corrosion and copper strip corrosion drops, especially for the latter.
