辽河老化油破乳脱水工艺技术研究

STUDY ON THE DEMULSIFICATION/DEHYDRATION TECHNOLOGY OF LIAOHE AGING OIL

摘要: 采用热重力沉降法对辽河老化油的破乳脱水进行研究,对破乳剂进行筛选,并考察破乳温度、沉降温度、搅拌速率、搅拌时间、沉降时间等工艺条件对脱水效果的影响。结果表明,聚醚对辽河老化油具有的一定化学破乳脱水效果,其适宜的加入量为400 μg/g。适宜的脱水工艺条件为:破乳温度80 ℃、沉降温度70 ℃、搅拌速率120 r/min、搅拌时间60 min、沉降时间72 h。以聚醚破乳剂为主剂、复配添加剂(乙醇/HEDP)时,处理后辽河老化油的水含量(w)达到10.8 %,可以通过电脱盐脱水装置使其水含量(w)降低至小于0.5 %。

Abstract: Adopting thermo-gravity settling method to demulsify and dehydrate Liaohe aging oil, the demulsifiers were screened and the effect of demulsification temperature, stirring rate, stirring time, depositing temperature and depositing time on the dehydration of aging oil was investigated. Test results showed that polyether demulsifier could be used for the demulsification/dehydration of Liaohe aging oil with an optimum amount of 400 μg/g. The optimum dehydration process conditions were obtained as follows: demulsification temperature of 80 ℃, stirring rate of 120 r/min, stirring time of 60 min, depositing temperature of 70 ℃ and depositing time of 72 h. When using polyether as main demulsifier and compounded with additive (alcohol/HEDP), treating Liaohe aging oil under the above conditions, the water content of the treated aging oil was 10.8 %, which could be further disposed by electrostatic desalting and dewatering device to reach a water content of less than 0.5%.
