纳米TiO2对铜板带轧制乳化液摩擦学性能的影响

EFFECT OF NANO-TiO2 ADDITIVE ON THE TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF EMULSION FOR COLD ROLLING COPPER PLATE

摘要: 通过四球摩擦磨损试验和铜板带冷轧试验,对含纳米TiO 2添加剂的冷轧乳化液和未添加纳米添加剂的传统乳化液的摩擦学性能进行对比试验。结果表明:含纳米TiO2添加剂的轧制乳化液与传统轧制乳化液相比,减摩性能和极压性能均有所改善;在铜板带冷轧过程中,采用含纳米TiO2添加剂的轧制乳化液进行润滑可有效降低轧制压力和提高极限压下率,并且能及时修复轧后铜板带表面缺陷,提高表面质量。

Abstract: The tribological performance of cold rolling emulsions with and without nano-TiO2 additive was compared by four-ball test and cold rolling copper plate test. Four-ball test results show that compared with conventional rolling emulsion, the friction reducing property and extreme pressure anti-wear performance of rolling emulsion with nano-TiO2 additive improved significantly. In cold rolling copper plate tests, using rolling emulsion with nano-TiO2 additive can effectively reduce rolling pressure and increase extreme depress rate, besides, it can repair the surface defects of cold rolled copper plate simultaneously, resulting in a better plate surface.
