摘要: 针对中国石化齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂加工含水溶性减阻剂A原油造成污水处理系统COD浓度超标、无法达标排放的问题,中国石化齐鲁分公司研究院通过液相色谱法、水溶性试验、可生化性分析等方法,确定了引起污水超标的原因为:原油减阻剂A可溶于水,并且难以被生物降解。对管输减阻剂进行电脱盐模拟评价,筛选出适宜的油溶性减阻剂B并应用于工业生产,既确保了原油输送量,又消除了对污水处理系统的影响。
Abstract: In Sinopec Qilu Company victory refinery processing of aqueous soluble drag reducing agent for crude oil sewage treatment system by A COD standard, can not discharge standards, Sinopec Qilu Company Institute by liquid chromatography, water solubility test, biochemical analysis, identified by the reason of excessive sewage, while the pipeline drag reduction agent for electric desalting simulation evaluation, screening for oil soluble drag reducing agent B and its application in industrial production, both to ensure that the crude oil transportation capacity, but also eliminate the effect of the sewage treatment system.
