Y型分子筛纳米棒的合成与表征

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF ZEOLITE Y NANORODS

摘要: 以硅溶胶、氢氧化钠、硫酸铝和去离子水为原料,在一定的实验条件(100 ℃搅拌下晶化一定时间)下,采用原位水热法合成分子筛样品,并通过XRD、SEM、X射线能谱、红外光谱、BET低温氮吸附等方法对样品进行表征。结果表明,所合成的样品为Y型分子筛纳米棒,其直径约为100 nm,孔分布与纳米Y型分子筛接近,比表面积比纳米Y型分子筛略小,热稳定性较好。

Abstract: Zeolite Y nanorods was synthesized by hydrothermal method under certain conditions with raw materials including silica sol, aluminum sulfate, sodium hydroxide and de-ionized water. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, IR and low temperature nitrogen adsorption techniques. Characterization results indicated that the synthesized samples were NaY zeolite nanorods having typical faujasite crystalline structure with crystal diameter of 100 nm. Its pore size distribution was close to that of nano-particles zeolite Y, and its specific surface area was slightly lower. Zeolite Y nanorods exhibited good thermal stability.
