摘要: 对中国石化西安石化分公司现有柴油加氢装置进行标定,掌握装置的平稳运行能力;根据柴油加氢原料油性质及产品要求,核算加氢后全厂柴油质量平衡。通过更换高效加氢脱硫催化剂、改造原料油过滤器、增设热媒水换热器及润滑性改进剂加药设施等措施,可实现高空速下生产超低硫柴油,在低成本条件下实现了柴油质量升级,为顺利供应满足国Ⅲ排放标准的柴油提供了保障,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: The mass balance of diesel fractions produced in the refinery was calculated, based on the analysis of compositions and properties of hydrotreating feedstocks, product quality and calibration results of diesel hydrotreating unit in Xi’an Petrochemical Company of Sinopec in order to fine out the ways to upgrading the quality of the diesel pool of the refinery. A series of feasible revamping measures to upgrade the quality of diesel pool had been adopted to meet the requirements of National Emission Standard Ⅲ, such as replacing hydrodesulfurization catalyst, using new type effective feedstock filter, adding water heat exchanger before air cooler, optimizing operation conditions and feed compositions and lubricity modifier adding in diesel pool. Thus good economic benefit is achieved at low cost.
