汽油脱臭碱渣氧化碳化装置稳定抽提汽油质量的研究

摘要: 炼油厂汽油脱硫精制过程会产生大量的恶臭有害碱渣。中国石化某分公司汽油碱渣采用氧化、碳化中和及汽油抽提脱酚LiFT-CR工艺进行处理,通过调整碱渣氧化时间、氧化温度和碳化中和时二氧化碳流量,控制氧化后碱渣中活性硫化物质量分数不超过100 μg/g、碳化后废水pH在8.5~9.5之间,碱渣处理后形成的废水能达到污水处理场排放要求,同时可保证抽提后汽油的各项质量指标合格。

Abstract: In order to treat the large number of harmful alkali residue produced in gasoline sweetening process, the three steps of oxidation, carbonization and phenol removal (gasoline extraction, LiFT-CR technique) were successively adopted. The optimal conditions for oxidation, carbonization were studied. The results indicate that by means of adjusting alkali residue oxidation time, oxidation temperature, carbon dioxide flow rate, and the dosage of Na2S and NaSR, the content of active sulfur compounds can be controlled to lower than 100μg/g after oxidation, and the pH value of carbonization waste water can be in between 8.5 and 9.5, resulting in qualified extraction gasoline. The waste water from the sweetening process reaches the requirement of sewage treatment plant.
