SnSb金属间化合物对高硫原油脱硫机制及再生性能研究

STUDY OF DESULFURIZATION MECHANISM FOR HIGH SULFUR CRUDE OIL AND REGENERATION OF SnSb INTERATALLIC

摘要: 以NaBH4为还原剂,SnCl2、SbCl3为金属前躯物,制备了SnSb金属间化合物,研究了SnSb金属间化合物对沙特中质原油的脱硫性能。通过扫描电镜-X射线能谱(SEM-EDS)分析脱硫反应前后SnSb合金的形貌及表面元素与含量,应用气相色谱-脉冲火焰光度检测器(GC-PFPD)定量表征了反应前后沙特中质原油的汽油、柴油馏分中硫化物的变化情况,探讨SnSb金属间化合物的电化学脱硫机制。结果表明,SnSb金属间化合物对结构简单的活性硫化物脱除率较高,对噻吩类结构复杂的硫化物脱除率相对较低。硫化物在SnSb金属间化合物表面可发生破坏性吸附反应,高温焙烧、NaOH溶液清洗、甲苯清洗3种再生方式均可使SnSb金属间化合物的脱硫活性得到一定程度的再生,其中甲苯清洗法的再生效果最好。

Abstract: SnSb intermetallic compounds were prepared by chemical precipitation using NaBH4 as a reductive agent and SnCl2、SbCl3 as precursors and were tested to investigate the mechanism of electro-desulfurization of crude oil. The intermetallics were characterized by SEM-EDS for the morphology and element distribution on the surface of the SnSb before and after desulfurization. Gas chromatography-pulsed flame photometric detector(GC-PFPD)was used to analyze sulfur compounds in gasoline and diesel fractions separated from the crude oil before and after the test. The results indicate that the destructive adsorption of sulfur compounds occurred on the surface of the intermetallic and that desulfurization efficiency for sulfur compound with simple structure is high but relatively lower for larger sulfur species like dibenzothiophene. The used SnSb intermetallics can be regenerated by calcination、NaOH washing or toluene washing method with the toluene washing of the best.
