手动变速箱油摩擦特性与同步耐久性关系初探

PRELIMINARY EXPLORATION OF MANUAL TRANSMISSION FLUID FRICTION CHARACTERISTICS AND SYNCHRONOUS DURABILITY

摘要: 使用自主研制的复合剂调制了手动变速箱油。使用SRV试验机对油品的抗磨损性能及摩擦性能进行了考察,使用三维形貌仪对油品的磨斑表面进行了分析,并与参比油进行了对比。最后通过SSP180台架试验验证了参比油和研制油的摩擦耐久性。试验结果表明:油品在选用的SRV试验条件下的摩擦特性与台架试验的同步耐久性对应性良好,具有较大的摩擦系数(0.115以上)且保持平稳或上升的变化趋势,具有较小的磨斑(平均磨斑直径小于0.45 mm)且磨斑形貌好的油品能够顺利通过SSP180同步耐久性台架试验(循环10万次)。

Abstract: A manual transmission fluid was developed using self-prepared additives. Its antiwear and friction performance were investigated by SRV testing machine. The wear scar surface was analyzed by three-dimensional topography. The results were compared with reference oil. Finally the synchronous durability of reference oil and developed oil was verified by SSP180 bench test. The results show that the friction behaviour of the developed oil under selected SRV test conditions is correspondence with synchronous durability. The oil with high and stable friction coefficient(>0.115), small and smooth wear scar (average wear scar diameter below 0.45mm) can pass SSP180 synchronous durability bench test(cycle 100000 times).
