坩埚灰化-ICP-AES法测定管输原油中金属元素含量

DETERMINATION OF METAL ELEMENTS IN PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION CRUDE OIL BY CRUCIBLE ASHING AND ICP-AES

摘要: 以坩埚灰化法处理样品,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)仪,建立了管输原油中钡、钙、镉、钴、铬、铜、铁、钾、镁、钠、镍、铅、钒、锰14种金属元素含量的测定方法。对样品处理坩埚进行筛选,对灰化温度和时间进行考察,并对所建方法的检出限、精密度与加标回收率进行测定。结果表明,石英坩埚适合用作管输原油灰化时的熔样坩埚,适宜的灰化时间为3 h、灰化温度为550 ℃;采用ICP-AES 法测定管输原油中金属元素含量时,各元素检出限在0.000 6?0.137 1 mg/L之间,除镉元素外(相对标准偏差为28.75%),其它金属元素含量测定的相对标准偏差均小于7.0%,加标回收率在91%?115%之间。

Abstract: The determination method for 14 kinds of metal elements in pipeline transportation crude oil was established using crucible and ICP-AES. The test results show that quartz crucible is a good choice for ashing crude oil and the suitable ashing conditions for pipeline transportation crude oil are 550 ℃,3hr. And a variety of elements can be detected accurately at the same time with sampling once. The element detection limit of the method is between 0.0006-0.7230 mg/L, RSD <7.0% (except cadmium 28.75%), and the standard recovery rate of 91%-115%.
