ZrO2含量对CuO/YSZ-Al2O3催化剂催化甲烷燃烧性能的影响

INFLUENCE OF ZrO2 LOADING ON PERFORMANCE OF CuO/Y2O3-ZrO2-Al2O3 FOR CATALYTIC METHANE COMBUSTION

摘要: 为获得高活性和高温稳定性好的甲烷燃烧催化剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了CuO/YSZ-Al2O3催化剂。通过改变ZrO2在YSZ-Al2O3载体中的含量制得不同ZrO2含量的CuO/YSZ-Al2O3催化剂,并考察ZrO2含量对催化剂催化甲烷燃烧性能的影响,同时利用BET、XRD等测试手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,ZrO2在载体中存在最佳含量,当ZrO2质量分数为32.5%时,催化剂的活性和高温稳定性最好;该催化剂经1 000 ℃、5 h老化后,仍具有较高的比表面积和高温稳定性,是一种性能优异的甲烷燃烧催化剂。

Abstract: In order to obtain the high active catalysts for methane combustion at low temperature and good stability at high temperature, CuO/YSZ-γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of ZrO2 amount in carrier on the performance of CuO/YSZ-γ-Al2O3 were investigated, and the catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET and TPR techniques. The results show that the catalyst with 32.5% ZrO2 in carrier exhibits the best stability and activity. After aging at 1000 ℃ for 5h, the catalyst still has high specific surface area and better stability.
