柴油低温临界吸收油气回收技术的应用

APPLICATION OF DIESEL LOW TEMPERATURE CRITICAL ABSORPTION TECHNOLOGY IN OIL VAPOR RECOVERY

摘要: 在分析柴油油气吸收特性的基础上,提出柴油低温临界吸收概念,开发了柴油低温临界吸收油气回收技术。该技术在中国石化金陵分公司酸性水罐区进行了应用,对酸性水罐排放气的油气回收率高达95%以上,净化气可以达标排放,治理效果明显。

Abstract: After analyzing the characters of diesel in oil vapor absorption process, a concept of low temperature critical absorption technology for oil vapor recovery using diesel as absorber is brought up in this article. A corresponding technology has been developed as well. The use of this technology on the vent gas from sour water tank in JLPEC has received significant results. The recovery rate of oil gas in the vent gas from sour water tank reaches to 95% and above. Currently the technology has been widely used.
