焦化馏分油加氢裂化-加氢精制组合工艺的原料适应性研究

DEVELOPMENT OF COMBINATION PROCESS OF HYDROCRACKING – HYDROTREATING FOR COKER FRACTIONS HYDROPROCESSING

摘要: 针对现有加氢技术加工不同焦化馏分存在技术与经济性的综合问题,中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院开发了一种焦化轻、重馏分油分段并流加工的FHC-FHF组合工艺技术。该技术具有工艺流程简单、装置整合度与共享度高、设备总数目少、产品质量好、建设和操作费用低等特点。原料适应性试验研究结果表明,采用FHC-FHF分段进料组合工艺技术及配套催化剂,在压力为8.0 MPa的条件下,处理氮质量分数为2 639 μg/g或干点为450 ℃的焦化原料,均可以生产出高质量的加氢石脑油和硫质量分数低于10 μg/g的清洁柴油产品,具有很好的原料适应性和操作方案灵活性。

Abstract: Aiming at the technical and economic problems in hydroprocessing technologies for different coking fractions, FRIPP has developed a combination process of hydrocracking - hydrotreating, which is characterized by simple process, high integration and sharing of equipment, less units, good quality of products, and low cost of investment and operation. Feedstock adaptability test results show that this technology has very good feedstock adaptability and high operating flexibility. High quality naphtha and ultra-low sulfur diesel can be obtained when processing coker fractions with high content of nitrogen or high end boiling point under mild operating conditions.
