环烷基减压馏分油生产橡胶油的工艺研究

STUDY ON PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF RUBBER EXTENDER OIL FROM NAPHTHENIC VGO

摘要: 针对绥中36-1减压馏分油具有芳烃含量高、硫含量和氮含量较高、黏度大等特点,采用传统全氢型流程生产橡胶油时,存在产品收率偏低、氢耗大、操作费用较高等问题,开发了溶剂精制与加氢技术的组合工艺。与全氢型流程相比,采用组合工艺时产品收率高、氢耗低,可同时生产出满足欧盟环保要求的轮胎用环保橡胶油和SBS橡胶油,产品质量达到或超过国外同类产品的质量水平。

Abstract: A combined process of solvent extraction and hydrotreating has been developed for producing environment-friendly tire rubber oil and SBS extender oil from naphthenic suizhong 36-1 VGO. The product qualities could reach or exceed the same overseas products and satisfy with EU (European Union) standard and domestic market requirement. Comparing with all hydrotreating process, the combined process has advantages of higher yield and low hydrogen consumption.
