摘要: 以氮气、柴油和固体颗粒为实验体系对浆态床外环流反应器流体力学行为进行研究,考察重要流体力学参数随操作条件和体系物性的变化规律。结果表明:滑移速度随气含率的增加而增加,说明反应器内的流型处于非均匀鼓泡区,上升管平均气含率和浆液循环速度均随体系压力和表观气速的增加而增加,随固含率的增加而降低。建立了相应的模型关联式对滑移速度、上升管平均气含率和浆液循环速度进行预测,模型计算值与实验值的相对误差均在10%以内。
Abstract: The liquid hydrodynamic behavior of slurry reactor was studied in a system of nitrogen-diesel-solid particles. The influence of operating conditions and physical properties of the system on the hydrodynamic parameters was investigated. The experimental results show that this column was operated in the heterogeneous regime. The slip velocity increased with the increase of average gas holdup. The average gas holdup and slurry velocity increased with the increase of pressure and gas superficial velocity, but decreased with the increase of solid holdup. Correlations were developed to predict slip velocity, average gas holdup and slurry velocity. Calculated results by the correlations agreed with the experiment values very well with the relative error less than 10%.
