流体物性对悬浮床加氢环流反应器的影响

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF EFFECT OF PHYSICAL PROPERTIES ON LOOP REACTOR OF SLURRY BED

摘要: 利用计算流体力学方法采用标准k-ε湍流模型和欧拉两相流模型对重油悬浮床加氢环流反应器进行数值模拟,考察了气相密度、液相密度、液相黏度等流体物性对环流反应器流场以及气含率的影响。数值模拟结果表明:气相密度的改变对环流反应器内部的流场以及气含率几乎没有影响,而液相黏度改变对环流反应器轴向速度和气含率能产生较大的影响,液相密度改变能够对气含率产生较大影响。

Abstract: The numerical simulation of slurry bed hydrocracking loop reactor was carried out. The standard k-ε turbulence model and the Euler multiphase flow model were used for the simulation of gas-liquid two phase turbulence flow. The effect of difference in physical properties of fluid, like liquid density, gas density and liquid viscosity on gas holdup and flow field was tested and compared. The results show that the gas density has little effect but the liquid viscosity has a significant effect on flow field and gas holdup. The liquid density affects the gas holdup, but it has a little effect on the flow field.
