摘要: 采用JFTOT试验法对实验室制备的高闪点喷气燃料的热氧化安定性能进行研究,并讨论铜离子和铁离子对高闪点喷气燃料热氧化安定性能的影响。结果表明:所制备的喷气燃料的热氧化安定性及高热氧化安定性能均非常好;铜离子不仅催化了氧化反应,而且还参与了氧化反应;铁离子起到了中心催化氧化作用,加速了油品中不安定化合物的沉积。
Abstract: The thermal oxidization stabilities of high flash point jet fuel at 150~315℃ and 370~400℃ were examined by JFTOT test. The results show that the thermal oxidization stabilities of jet fuel tested are very good at these two temperature ranges. It is discovered that Cu ion and Fe involve in the thermal oxidization reactions of high flash point jet fuel and that Cu ion catalyzed and participated in oxidation, while Fe ion only acted as a catalyst to promote the oxidation and accelerate the deposition of the unstable compounds in the fuel.
