石脑油中有机氯化物的形态及含量分析方法研究

摘要: 建立了石脑油中有机氯化物的形态及含量分析方法,采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)方法对不同原油的石脑油中有机氯化物进行了定性定量分析。结果表明,国内主要原油的石脑油中存在的主要有机氯化物为1,2-二氯丙烷、二氯甲烷、氯仿、三氯乙烯及四氯化碳等,其它有机氯化物的含量较少,主要有机氯化物来源于油田化学剂。所建GC-ECD方法的相对标准偏差小于3.0%,加标回收率在92.9%?103.5%之间,符合色谱分析的一般要求。

Abstract: The qualitative and quantitative analysis method (GC-ECD) for organic chlorides in naphtha is proposed. Through analysis of different naphtha from different crude oils, it is known that the main organic chlorides in naphtha of domestic crude oils are 1, 2-dichloro propane, methylene chloride, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, etc. from assistant chemicals used in crude oil production The amount of other kinds of organic chloride is very low. The relative standard deviation of GC-ECD was less than 3.0% and the standard recovery was between 92.9%-103.5%. The results indicate that this method could meet the demand of conventional chromatograph analysis .
