摘要: 以焦炭塔焦层为研究对象,假定成型焦层为中间孔道结构,以Visual Basic为平台,编制了中间孔道焦层模型含焦焦炭塔温度场计算程序,根据焦层降温放热量等于冷焦水汽化吸热量,对壁温给定、绝热和沸腾给热3种放热模式进行了数值计算和分析,并与现场操作数据进行对比。结果表明,由壁温给定模式和沸腾给热模式计算所得的冷焦水汽化速率接近现场实际值,绝热模式的计算结果与现场实际存在较大的偏差。
Abstract: Three exothermic modes: the given wall temperature mode, the boiling heat transfer mode and the adiabatic mode, were analyzed for calculating cooling water vaporization rate of coke layer with middle channel structure in coking tower by temperature field calculating program using Visual Basic, assuming the coke layer cooling heat being equal to the cooling water vaporization heat. And the results compared with the site operation data indicate that a large deviation is observed for adiabatic mode. While for other two modes, the analyzed results are close to the site operation data.
